Shipping policy

General shipping
All orders come with FREE standard shipping Australia-wide. Express shipping is also available and can be selected at checkout for an additional fee of $5.00 AUD. Wiper Blades Direct can only ship to valid residential or business addresses. Shipments cannot be made to PO boxes.

Shipping processing times
Orders placed before 12 PM AEST are usually despatched on the same day, but in some cases may be processed within 24 hours. No shipments are made during weekends (Saturday - Sunday) or on national/state public holidays (i.e. Easter Monday).

Shipping confirmation and order tracking
An order tracking number will be emailed to the Purchaser once the order has been shipped. It can take up to 24 hours for the shipping tracking to be enabled. You can track your package here.

Estimated shipping times
Standard shipping with Australia Post typically takes between 2-4 business days from the date of despatch. Express shipping is faster, between 1-2 business days from the date of despatch. Delays may occur during busy periods or due to factors out of our control (i.e. severe weather, COVID-19 or strikes). In some cases we may use an alternative courier (i.e. Aramex) whose shipping times may differ to those above (usually up to 4-6 business days).

Damaged / lost shipments
Wiper Blades Direct are not liable for any lost or damaged products during shipment. If the order received is damaged, please contact the delivery company (i.e. Australia Post) directly. All risk of loss lies with the Purchaser once the product is collected by the courier.
