Are Quantum Blades compatible with rain sensing wipers?

Yes, they're designed to be used with rain sensing wipers.

How long will these wiper blades last?

Through extensive testing we've found that our wiper blades will last between 14-16 months. This assumes you maintain them correctly.

Are you sure these wiper blades will fit my vehicle?

Yes. We’ve specifically arranged our wipers by your vehicle make and model. This means that if you choose your vehicle, your wipers are guaranteed to fit.

Do you send me the complete wiper blade or just the replacement refill rubber?

We send you a complete wiper blade, not just replacement refill rubber.

Can you install the wiper blades for me?

Unfortunatey we do not offer installation at this time but luckily installation takes just three simple steps. Watch our installation guide to help you install your new wipers in minutes - no mechanic required!

How do I know what size blades I need for my vehicle?

We’ve done the hard work for you. Simply search for your vehicle make, model and year on our website and you will find the exact-fit wiper blades. Order and they’ll be on your doorstep in no time!

Ordering and payments

What payment types do you offer?

We accept payment from all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Digital payment options such as PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Shop Pay are also available at checkout.

How secure is your payment?

Your security and data protection is our biggest priority. We use Shopify Payments which uses state-of-the-art technology to keep payment information safe and secure. Our store is also PCI compliant.

What currency does the store use?

All product pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD).

I have a discount code - how do I use it?

You can enter your discount code on the first page of the checkout. Simply enter your code in the box and click ‘Apply.’ You should see the correct discounted price before confirming your order. Note, only a single (one) discount code can be used per order.


How much is shipping?

All orders come with FREE standard shipping Australia-wide. Express shipping is also available and can be selected at checkout for an additional fee of $5.00 AUD.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we only ship to customers in Australia.

Can I change my shipping address?

Unfortunately once your order is dispatched you can not change your shipping address. In the event that your address needs changing, please contact us within the first 30 minutes of your order.

Are there any additional customs or import fees or taxes?

All Australian orders have GST included.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes in the Australia Post network.

Where is my order?

You can track your package here. You will need your order number which was emailed to you once the order has been shipped. It can take up to 24 hours for the shipping tracking to be enabled once you receive the order number.

How long does delivery take?

Standard shipping with Australia Post typically takes between 2-4 business days from the date of despatch (note, this can be up to 6 days for WA). Express shipping is faster, between 1-2 business days from the date of despatch. Delays may occur during busy periods or due to factors out of our control (i.e. severe weather, COVID-19 or strikes). In some cases we may use an alternative courier (i.e. Aramex) whose shipping times may differ to those above (usually between 3-6 business days).

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes! Express shipping is available and can be selected at checkout for an additional fee of $5.00 AUD. Express shipping will be delivered between 1-2 business days from the date of despatch.

Warranty and returns

What is the Wiper Blades Direct returns policy?

We have a 120-day return policy, which means you have 120 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. How long will it take me to get my refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. What is the warranty on Wiper Blades Direct products?
