Tesla Wiper Blade Service Position

Step 1. Shift into park and turn off the wipers.

Step 2. On the touchscreen select Controls > Service > Wiper Service Mode. Once selected the wiper arms should automatically move to the service position.

Step 3. You can now lift the wiper away from the windscreen allowing you to replace the wiper blades.

Warning

To avoid damage, please check that your wiper blades are not frozen to the windscreen before activating service mode. Moreover avoid moving the vehicle when the wiper arms are raised. Opening the door or other actions may result in the wiper arms returning to the resting position.
