Frequently Asked Questions
What size wiper blades does a Mercedes-Benz EQC400 take?
The EQC400 (N293, 2019-2022) takes a 22 inch (550mm) blade on the driver side and a 22 inch (550mm) blade on the passenger side. The same sizes apply to every year of the model.
Does the Mercedes-Benz EQC400 have a rear wiper?
Yes, the Mercedes-Benz EQC400 is fitted with a rear wiper blade as standard. The rear blade is 11 inches (275mm) and is sold separately from the front pair, and owners should replace all three blades at the same time for consistent visibility.
What wiper connector does the Mercedes-Benz EQC400 use?
The EQC400 uses the connector listed as GWB045, a model specific arm fitting used on recent Mercedes-Benz models. The blade clicks onto the arm without tools.
Are the EQC400 front wiper blades the same length?
Yes, the EQC400 takes a matched pair of 22 inch (550mm) blades on the driver and passenger side. Both blades still need to be fitted to the correct arm, as the adaptors are set up for each side.
How often should I replace Mercedes-Benz EQC400 wiper blades?
Mercedes-Benz EQC400 wiper blades should generally be replaced every 12 months, or sooner if they streak, smear or chatter. The near silent electric drivetrain makes wiper noise more noticeable, so a blade that squeaks or judders is a clear sign it is due.
