Frequently Asked Questions
What size wiper blades does a Mercedes-AMG C55 take?
The C55 (W203, 2004-2007) takes a 22 inch (550mm) blade on the driver side and a 22 inch (550mm) blade on the passenger side. One matched pair covers every year of the model.
Does the Mercedes-AMG C55 have a rear wiper?
No, the Mercedes-AMG C55 does not have a rear wiper blade. This model is fitted with two front wiper blades only, which can be confirmed in the specifications on the product page.
What wiper connector does the Mercedes-AMG C55 use?
The C55 uses a pin lock connector, where a pin on the side of the wiper arm locks into the blade adaptor. Blades with a standard J-hook adaptor will not fit this arm.
Does the C55 use the same wiper blades as the C32?
No, the C32 takes a 24 inch (600mm) and 22 inch (550mm) pair with a J-hook connector, while the C55 takes a matched 22 inch (550mm) pair with a pin lock connector. The C55 shares its blades with the facelifted W203 C-Class sedan.
How often should I replace Mercedes-AMG C55 wiper blades?
Mercedes-AMG C55 wiper blades should generally be replaced every 12 months, or sooner if they streak, smear or chatter. Cars stored for long periods should have their blades checked before use, as rubber resting on the glass can take a set and chatter.
