Frequently Asked Questions
What size wiper blades does a Hyundai Trajet take?
The Hyundai Trajet (FO, 2000-2008) takes a 24 inch (600mm) blade on the driver side and a 20 inch (500mm) blade on the passenger side. These sizes apply to every model year in the table above.
Does the Hyundai Trajet have a rear wiper?
Yes, the Hyundai Trajet is fitted with a rear wiper blade. The rear blade is 16 inches (400mm) and can be bought with the front pair or on its own.
What wiper connector does the Hyundai Trajet use?
The Hyundai Trajet uses a J-hook connector on both front wiper arms. The blade adaptor hooks over the arm end and clicks into place.
Do the Trajet and iMax take the same wiper blades?
The Trajet and the later iMax both take 24 inch (600mm) and 20 inch (500mm) front blades and a 16 inch (400mm) rear blade. Both use a J-hook connector, although the two vehicles are built on different platforms.
How often should I replace Hyundai Trajet wiper blades?
Hyundai Trajet wiper blades should be replaced about every 12 months, or sooner if they smear. On an older people mover, weak arm springs are a common cause of streaking even with new blades.
