Frequently Asked Questions
What size wiper blades does a Hyundai Terracan take?
The Hyundai Terracan (HP, 2001-2008) takes a 21 inch (525mm) blade on the driver side and a 19 inch (475mm) blade on the passenger side. These sizes apply to every model year in the table above.
Does the Hyundai Terracan have a rear wiper?
Yes, the Hyundai Terracan is fitted with a rear wiper blade. The rear blade is 15 inches (375mm) and can be bought with the front pair or on its own.
What wiper connector does the Hyundai Terracan use?
The Hyundai Terracan uses a J-hook connector on both front wiper arms. The blade adaptor hooks into the arm end and clicks into place.
Are Terracan wiper sizes common?
The Terracan uses a 21 inch (525mm) driver blade, which is a less common length than the usual 20 or 22 inch sizes. Fitting a blade of the wrong length can leave an unwiped strip or make the blades touch, so use the exact sizes listed.
How often should I replace Hyundai Terracan wiper blades?
Hyundai Terracan wiper blades should be replaced about every 12 months, or sooner if they streak. Off-road dust and mud are hard on wiper rubber, so blades on a Terracan used for touring often need replacing more frequently.
