Frequently Asked Questions
What size wiper blades does a Genesis GV70 take?
The Genesis GV70 (JK, 2021-2025) takes a 26 inch (650mm) blade on the driver side and an 18 inch (450mm) blade on the passenger side. The rear wiper takes a 12 inch (300mm) blade.
Does the Genesis GV70 have a rear wiper?
Yes, the Genesis GV70 is fitted with a rear wiper blade as standard. The rear blade is 12 inches (300mm), and owners should replace it at the same time as the front pair for consistent visibility.
What wiper connector does the Genesis GV70 use?
The Genesis GV70 uses a J-hook connector on both front wiper arms. The blade adaptor hooks over the curved end of the arm and clicks into place, so a new set can be fitted without tools.
Do the Genesis GV70 and GV80 take the same front wiper blades?
Yes, both SUVs take a 26 inch (650mm) driver blade and an 18 inch (450mm) passenger blade with a J-hook connector. Both models also use a 12 inch (300mm) rear blade, so the same sizes cover either vehicle.
How often should I replace Genesis GV70 wiper blades?
Genesis GV70 wiper blades should generally be replaced every 12 months, or sooner if they streak or chatter. The rear blade sits in road spray and dust behind the car, so it often wears out at a similar rate to the front blades even though it is used less.
