Frequently Asked Questions
What size wiper blades does a Daewoo Musso take?
The Daewoo Musso (FJ) takes a 20 inch (500mm) driver side blade and an 18 inch (450mm) passenger side blade. These sizes cover models from 1998 to 2002.
Does the Daewoo Musso have a rear wiper?
Yes, the Daewoo Musso is fitted with a rear wiper blade as standard. The rear blade is 14 inches (350mm) and is available with the front pair as a Front and Rear kit. Owners should replace all three blades at the same time for consistent visibility.
What wiper connector does the Daewoo Musso use?
The Daewoo Musso uses a J-hook connector on its front wiper arms. The blade adaptor hooks over the end of the arm and clicks in when pulled back into position.
Is the Daewoo Musso the same as the SsangYong Musso?
Yes, the Musso was developed by SsangYong and carried the Daewoo badge in some markets while Daewoo owned SsangYong Motor. The body and windscreen are shared, so owners should still match sizes to the table above for their year.
How often should I replace Daewoo Musso wiper blades?
Wiper blades should generally be replaced every 6 to 12 months, or sooner if they streak or judder. A Musso used off road or on dusty tracks will wear its blades faster, so they are worth checking after each trip.
